Template Instructions

• The template will include an example row pre-filled with tower defaults.
• Remove or replace the example row with your actual data.
• Required fields: flat_number, flat_type
• flat_type values: 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK, Studio, Penthouse
• status values: available, booked, sold, cancelled, landowner, hold, resale (defaults to available)
• furnishing_status values: unfurnished, semi_furnished, fully_furnished (leave blank if not applicable)
• Boolean fields (is_corner_unit, is_registry_ready, has_mortgage): use 1 or 0
